Set Up:


10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Lunch provided)
General setup assistance. Includes: Assisting Course Director with water pick up.
*Includes frequent lifting of up to 30 lbs.

Continuation of general set up.

Distribute race t-shirts to participants.

Water Stop:

Distribute water to racers on course. Located on the corner of Spring and Summer St.

Water Coolers:

Monitor water levels and re-stock cups on State House lawn.

Walking Judge:


05:15 PM - 07:30 PM
Ensure that all rules of the race are followed and that walkers do not run. Additional information will be provided.

Timing Crew:


05:45 PM - 07:30 PM
2 people to post race results on the side of the timing crew van. 2 people to assist the timing crew (two-minute instruction provided).


4 Volunteers Needed

Start & Finish Lines:


5:45 PM - 7:15 PM
Assist at start line. At finish, distribute water to racers.


15 Volunteers Needed

Post-Race Pack Up:


7:15 PM - 8:00 PM (Pizza provided)
Assist the race Committee in packing up after the race.
